YOU ARE MUKTI

With over 9 years of experience in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, Aparna is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to guiding students on their yoga journey. Originally from India, she moved to Oslo in 2019 with her family, bringing with her deep-rooted knowledge in classical hatha yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and meditation.

Aparna’s yoga journey began in 2013, and her commitment led her to become a certified teacher in 2015 and further specialize in Mysore-style Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra in 2018. Grounded in traditional yoga principles, she aims to infuse her teachings with authenticity, mindfulness, and a deep respect for yogic traditions.

Whether you’re seeking strength, balance, or tranquility, Aparna creates a nurturing space for all to explore and grow through yoga.
